We have negotiated rates with the best shipping companies in the USA. Our shipments require a pallet or custom crate. To make an order, simply add items into your cart, select the proper shipping method and add your address. Otherwise, you can contact one of our friendly sales staff members to assist you with your purchase.
30-Day Return Policy
All of our stock items (non-cut) can be returned within 30 days of purchasing for a refund. Items must be in good, re-sellable, condition. Please contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at (863) 510-7996 to further assist you.
For smaller deliveries we use UPS, Fed Ex and USPS, generally these are under 75 pounds. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to ship, however, if cutting is involved that time can vary. If the delay will be any longer, a customer service person will be in contact. For customers requesting a refund on damaged goods, a refund will not be settled until the carrier has processed the claim. This can take up to 100 days from the date that the damage report is submitted.
Transit Time for Shipping
For orders within the continental United States shipping by ground 4-8 days is to be expected.
For international orders please allow for 4 or more business days depending upon the shipping method chosen.
Terms and Conditions
Sales tax is added to all orders as a line item. We collect sales tax on all shipments. If you have a resale certificate or exemption, we require that at the time of purchase. We do not refund sales taxes.
Commercial Plastics Depot prices are subject to change.
All orders that are placed with Commercial Plastics Depot will be processed within 2-3 business days. Cutting generally adds 1 business day to the order. No additional shipping will be charged to the customer for shipping backordered items separately.
We make every effort to package and ship the highest quality material to our clients. If material is delivered to a client and does not meet the expected condition, we require written correspondence within 4 days of delivery. We ask that you state the issue as well as submit photographs documenting the problem. If an order was damaged by the freight carrier it must be documented at the time of delivery in order to file a damage claim. When shipping on your own account the client assumes all responsibility for the shipment.
Once an order has been placed and shipped it cannot be cancelled. If goods are cut-to-size the client may not cancel the order.
